Project Manager

Job Description:

  • Lead the development of project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource requirements
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project objectives and strategy

  • Oversee the day-to-day execution of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Proven experience as a project manager, with a minimum of 5 years experience and a track record of successfully delivering technology projects.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies.

Job Description:

Sponsorship Strategy & Activation

  • The ideal person should have experience driving and closing event sponsorships. Events are a big part of our work. We also run entrepreneurial fellowships.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sponsorship strategy aligned with the company’s mission and target audience.
  • Identify and research potential sponsors whose values and goals resonate with the mission of the business.
  • Craft compelling sponsorship packages that showcase the unique value proposition for the company.
  • Secure high-impact sponsorships through proactive outreach and persuasive negotiations.
  • Deliver exceptional service to sponsors, ensuring mutual benefit and fostering lasting partnerships.
  • Activate sponsorships through creative campaigns and initiatives that maximize their visibility and engagement.

Sales & Client Acquisition

  • Identify and generate sales leads for innovative programs and offerings.
  • Develop and deliver impactful sales presentations tailored to diverse business needs.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, exceeding revenue targets and driving growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.

Business Development & Partnerships

  • Identify and analyze new market opportunities for the company’s expansion.
  • Develop and implement strategies to forge strategic partnerships with key players in the tech industry.
  • Negotiate and secure partnerships that contribute to the company’s growth and resource acquisition.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and identify opportunities for collaboration and innovation.

Market Analysis and Expansion

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth in the tech sector.
  • Explore and evaluate new markets, both locally and internationally, for potential expansion.

Financial Goal Achievement

  • Set and achieve revenue targets for sponsorship, sales, and business development activities.
  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure alignment with budgetary goals and financial objectives.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Implement and maintain a customer relationship management (CRM) system to track interactions and manage relationships with sponsors, clients, and partners.
  • Provide excellent customer service to sponsors, clients, and prospective students.

Metrics and Reporting

  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sponsorship, sales, and business development.
  • Provide regular reports to leadership on performance metrics and the status of strategic partnerships.

Qualifications and Requirments:

  • First degree in any field.
  • A Master’s degree and/or Professional Certification would be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of  experience in sales, business development with great relationship-building skills
  • Existing relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in relevant industries and organizations.
  • Demonstrated capacity for managing end to end sales process 
  • Previous experience selling training and coaching services 
  • Experience with selling workshops and knowledge sessions 
  • Relevant experience with driving and closing event sponsorships.
  • Experience with fundraising and development of sponsorship and funders’ networks 
  • Experience with use of CRM platforms for managing sales and business development pipelines
  • Proven track record of successfully generating revenue and securing partnerships.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills to identify and capitalize on opportunities

HVAC Mechanical Service Engineer

Job Description:

To manage the after sales business unit, including Installation, Routine maintenance and Repairs of air conditioners.

Principal Responsibilities

  • To prepare BOQ for CAC projects
  • To prepare quotation for installation works
  • To present and defend project cost estimates
  • To supervise installation of RAC and CAC products
  • To establish and maintain a database of all customers in the annual maintenance program
  • To schedule routine maintenance services for subscribing customers and liase with customers to facilitate the service
  • To respond appropriately to customer service calls with appropriate resources and ensure prompt closure
  • To supervise the repair of all units brought into the workshop
  • To work with Accounts to ensure that all services are billed and receivables tracked and collected
  • To enlist new customers into the annual maintenance program
  • To ensure that tools are properly deployed, maintained and accounted for
  • And carry out any other related duties, as may be required.

Qualifications and Requirments:

  • A good first Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint is a requirement.
  • 2-3 year experience in HVAC environment (Installation, Maintenance & Repairs) at supervisory level.
