Job Description
Our client is Nigeria’s leading full service print and copy center offering quality printing solutions for everyday & corporate printing needs. Established with a firm commitment to efficient service and customer service satisfaction. Due to expansion they are in need of a Front desk officer.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inbound email messages
- Building and maintaining good relationships with key customers
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently
- Keeping customers updated on the latest services to increase sales through outbound calls and emails
- Ensure stationeries sales
- Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling
- Handling online inquiries by sending quotations, closing deals and hand over to branches for the execution of jobs.
- Updating database
- Preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports such as client database, call reports, big jobs, lead generation, deposit and machine counter.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of first degree in any discipline with 2 years of relevant experience in a similar industry
- Professional Certification in Customer Service Management is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication via telephone and email
- Problem-solving ability
- Ability to implement plans and instructions
- Ability to plan and execute plans.
Salary Rate: N100,000 – N150,000
