Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage compensation and benefits programs that align with the company’s strategic objectives and competitive market practices.
  • Conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking to ensure our compensation structures are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs
  • Manage the annual compensation review process, including salary surveys, job evaluations, and pay structure adjustments.
  • Partner with HR and management teams to guide on compensation and benefits issues, policies, and best practices.
  • Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications and Experience:
