Job Description:
Candidates must have the following Description before applying for the Latest Job Vacancy at Wangarau Foods
- All financial transactions on Zoho books and inventory are captured.
- Management of an entire filing system.
- Reconciliation of all invoice payments made by clients.
- Updated payment to the vendor.
- Expenditure reconciliation for small cash.
- Reconciliation of the bank and cash accounts for the business.
- All inventory items and financial data should be uploaded completely and accurately to Zoho Books and Inventory.
- Fixed asset updates on Zoho books.
- Create and manage a reliable system for keeping track of purchases and sales, integrating it with the chart of accounts, and taking inventory.
- Count on a weekly, monthly, or annual basis.
- Monitoring the spending of the organization
- Handle refunds.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Qualified candidates must have the following Qualifications before applying for the Latest Job Vacancy at Wangarau Foods
- Accounting B.Sc. / HND with at least 1-2 years of work experience.
- Experience working for a manufacturing company.
- A certification from ACA, ACCA, or CIMA will be additional and advantageous.
- Strong familiarity with accounting and ERP software, general ledger, and financial reporting standards and procedures.
- Intelligent, bold, self-starting, entrepreneurial, and challenged.
- Excellent Communication, Numerical, and Analytical Skills.
- A well-organized, meticulous person who values morality and ethics.
- Able to multitask, prioritize with sound business judgment, and operate in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
Salary: ₦100,000 – ₦150,000 Per Month
