2024 Les Margaret STEM Awards

The Les Margaret Awards strive to diminish gender inequality within the tech sector. Aligned with our steadfast values of progress and inclusion, which we trust you uphold, as a Margaret, applicants are expected to serve as conduits for these principles and pledge to propagate them within their communities, networks, and the media whenever possible.

Applications are exclusively accepted from women who are founders or co-founders of innovative companies for the “Entrepreneur” category, employees of companies who have developed projects in collaboration with their employers while remaining employees for the “Intrapreneur” category, or young girls aged between 7 and 18 for the “Junior” category.

Margarets are integral ambassadors of our mission to foster change and inclusivity in the tech landscape. By embracing this role, applicants commit to advancing the cause of gender equality through active engagement with their communities and by utilizing their influence within their networks and the media.

For the “Entrepreneur” category, the application must be submitted exclusively by a woman who is the founder or co-founder of an innovative company. In the “Intrapreneur” category, eligible applicants are employees of companies who have developed projects in collaboration with their employers, all while maintaining their status as employees. The “Junior” category is dedicated to young girls aged between 7 and 18 who exhibit remarkable potential in the tech realm.

The Les Margaret Awards not only celebrate accomplishments but also empower women and young girls to become advocates for change, amplifying the values of progress and inclusion in every facet of their professional and personal spheres.
