The Skill-UP Artisans (SUPA) program, slated to reach 10 million artisans within two years, is a collaborative effort between the Federal Government and the Industrial Training Fund (ITF), with coordination overseen by the latter.
Aligned with global employment shifts influenced by technological advancements, SUPA addresses the scarcity of skilled Nigerian artisans stemming from the preference for white-collar jobs. This initiative aims to counteract this trend by equipping artisans with essential skills.
SUPA is a comprehensive initiative aimed at aiding quality service delivery through the certification and licensing of artisans to promote the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
