Role
- This Early Career Accelerator Programme is a 12- 18 month rotational program designed to accelerate the career of selected candidates who are interested in building a career in Sales and Marketing.
- You’ll work across different departments in the organization including Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Logistics & Distribution.
- We will work with you to develop your skills and interests through coaching and on-the-job training.
- The program is an immersive learning experience that gives you a holistic (both broad and deep) view of the dairy value chain from raw material supply to temperature-controlled logistics to customer relationship management.
- To succeed in this program, you have to be outgoing, enjoy meeting and engaging with people, persistent and bold. If you are a self-starter and ambitious, this opportunity is for you.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Qualified candidates must have the following Requirements before applying for the Internship Programme at Cam Dairy Foods
- A Diploma / Degree graduate
- Available for a full-time internship for one year
- Enthusiastic about a career in supply chain management
- Enthusiastic about a career in sales and marketing
- Previous experience in merchandising would be preferred
- Candidates in Lagos must reside in any of the following locations: Isolo, Festac, Shomolu, Lagos Mainland, Mushin, Eti-Osa, Lekki Peninsula, Lagos Island, Ikoyi, Falomo, Victoria Island, Ikeja, Surulere, Apapa.
