- We are looking for a dynamic Superintendent pharmacist who will be responsible for overseeing all pharmaceutical activities and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- This position involves ensuring that pharmaceutical regulations are met, maintaining quality standards, and providing expert pharmaceutical advice.
- The Superintendent Pharmacist plays a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity and safety of an organization as well as other pharmaceutical operations.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and guidelines set by regulatory bodies.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures ( SOPs) to maintain high-quality pharmaceutical services and reporting to regulatory bodies governing the company.
- Interface with government regulatory agencies to ensure compliance.
- Conduct regular audits to verify adherence to standard procedures, accuracy in dispensing, and proper record-keeping.
- Report all regulatory related activities to top management.
- Work alongside the QA/QC team to assess product problems and brainstorm solutions.
- Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and adherence to ethical standards.
- Provide oversight functions as regard all health/infirmary related activities.
- Develop SOP on all health/infirmary activities in the organization
- Overseas organizational planning of bimonthly health awareness presentations.
- Stay updated on pharmaceutical advancements, emerging trends, and best practices.
Qualifications and Experience:
Qualified candidates must have the following Qualifications before applying for the latest Job Vacancy at Dele Pharmaceuticals Limited
- Must possess B.Pharm with valid PCN Practicing license.
- Must have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical/medical device production line
- Adequate knowledge of all the products line formulations and production including syringes, needles, medical devices and other pharmaceutical products.
- Adequate Knowledge of products dossier preparations.
